    FEMTORSHIP is founded by Azra Osmancevic.

    It is an evidence-based mentorship program for young women aged 18-23. With this programme, generations continue to build on acquired knowledge and competences.

    The Femtors are women from the business world who work on a non-profit basis.

    In addition to learning from each other's experiences, the program is also largely about strengthening the young women's self-esteem and belief in themselves. Hopefully initiatives like these can help more young women dare to jump into life as an entrepreneur.

    To be associated with the program, you must be a woman between the ages of 18-23 and live in Stockholm.
